Yugwa

Yugwa is the most typical Korea traditional sweet, which is one of the main foods for Korea traditional holiday such as Seollal (Korean New Year). It was sweets only for royalty and nobility.
Nowadays Korean usually gives Yugwa to their parents as a gift. Yugwa is made mainly from glutinous rice and honey.



Yakgwa

Yakgwa is a very traditional sweets made from honey, sesame oil and rice. Yakgwa is so soft and sweet that these taste like donuts, which means to go perfectly with coffee and tea well. Moreover the main ingredients are good for health so the name is also Yak (means medicine in Korean) gwa (means snack in Korean)



Korea puffed snack

Korea puffed snack is Korea style popcorn made from grains such as rice, corn using high temperature and pressure. There are various types of puffed snacks; from light snacks (good to lose weight) to sweet snacks. Roll snack made with real puffed rice is particularly recommended because it is sweet and hand-held snack.
