Seoul Station The gateway of Seoul

The first place in Seoul you would meet from airport would be Seoul Station. Seoul Station is not just the station of an airport train, but the place for having fun.

1. Currency Exchange Center

Do you need to exchange the currency?

The main function of Seoul Station is the station of AREX which is an airport train. 

AREX is the fastest way to reach Incheon Airport. Besides, Seoul Station is also Korea City Air Terminal for Korean Air, Asiana Airlines, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Jeju Air, Thai Airways, Air Canada, Philippine Airlines, MIAT Mongolian Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Japan Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines. 

In Seoul Station, you can check in your luggage at the station before leaving for the airport. So you don’t have to wait in a long queue at the airport. It is absolutely easier and more convenient.

3. KTX

Are you planning to visit other cities while a trip? Then KTX is the best option for you because it is the fastest train in Korea. 

If you are on a tight budget while travelling, there are other options letting you discover the beauty of Korea countryside, which are Mugunghwa-ho and ITX. 

You can book the ticket on the internet advance or buy the ticket in Seoul Station too. 

If you have any problem, there is Information Center inside the station.

4. Seoul Metro

If you’ve just arrive at Seoul Station from Incheon airport, you would need to take metro to get the hotel. Seoul Station is also Seoul Metro Station (Line 1 and 4). So you can use Metro easily. Just follow the sign for apporx 10min.

But Metro is very crowded during rush hours.
