How to make Mini Gimbap [Addictive Gimbap]


There is a mini Gimbap which has a very unique name in Korea, which is Addictive Gimbap. This mini Gimbap is called as Addictive Gimbap because it is said that this mini Gimbap is so delicious that people, who have eaten even just once, become addicted to it. 

Shall we make the Mini Gimbap[Addictive Gimbap] 
which have a very interesting name together? 

Ingredients
2 cups of cooked rice, 4 laver sheet (Gim), one carrot, pickled radish, spinach, ham, soy sauce, light mustard, salt, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil. 






Direction
1. Put 2 cups of cooked rice into a bowl and add 2 spoons of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 spoon of sesame oil. 
2. Shred a carrot, pickled radish and ham.
3. Fry shredded carrots, pickled radish and ham respectively. 
Blanch spinach in hot water about 3 seconds to soften
4. Cut laver sheet (Gim) into quarters
5. Spread 1~2 spoons of the seasoned rice onto the laver sheet and lay the prepared ingredients on top of the rice.
6. Roll it over gently so as not to broke the laver sheet.

[Sauce]
Mix 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of water, 1 spoon of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and a little light mustard well.



Mini Gimbap is really easy to make, but it tastes quite unique.
