How to make tteokguk Korean New year traditional food

Ingredients
600g Sliced garaetteok, 100g beef mince, 2 eggs,
5 cups water, 3 spoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoons fish sauce, 1/2 green onion, salt,
sesame oil and black pepper.
Egg Garnish
1. Take 2 eggs
2. Separate the yolks and whites and strain
each through a fine sieve.
3. Put gently each of them separately on
heated pan after spreading oil.
4. Cook them as thinly as you can like a
crepe.
5. Cut them into strips
How to make
1. Prepare the sliced garaetteock by
putting them into water for 30min
2. Put salt, black pepper and fish sauce
into beef mince.
3. Put seasoned mince into a heated pot and
fry them shortly
4. Put water and a little sesame oil into
the pot
5. Boil them for about 10min to cook mince
properly
6. Add the sliced garaetteok and green
onion until softened
7. Season with soy sauce
