Kimchi Stew is one of the most famous Korean cuisines. Kimchi Stew goes perfectly well with steamed rice. Moreover it is really easy and simple to make, even if you haven’t ever made Korean cuisine before.

Ingredients
Kimchi 300g, 1 can of Spam, 2 scoop of Kimchi juice, 1 spoon of vinegar, 1/2 spoon of sugar, water 500ml
Method
1. Put water 400ml, 2/3 cup of Kimchi juice and Kimchi 300g into a pot and boil them until the amount of the water inside the pot becomes a half of original amount.
2. Cut a can of Spam into cubes and fry them until slightly golden
3. When the amount of the water inside the pot becomes a half, add fried spam and rest of Kimchi Juice 2 scoop and water (100ml) into the pot.
If you use Tuna, Pork or Tofu instead of Spam, you can enjoy Kimchi Stew with different flavors.
