Bingsu is one of the most popular Korean desserts, which is a shaved ice with sweet toppings such as chopped fresh fruit, condensed milk, sweet Adzuki beans. So Bingsu has many different names depending on the toppings, such as Patbingsu (Bingsu with sweet Adzuki beens), Strawberry Bingsu, Milk Bingsu etc.
