When the ice is melting, the secret of serial killer is revealed.

Seung Hoon who is a physician went broke and was divorced. He moves in the town where serial murders occurred so as to get a new job.

In the town, he meets Sung Geun who is a butcher and his father who has Alzheimer’s disease.

One day, Sung Geun’s father visits the hospital where Seung Hoon works to receive conscious sedation endoscope. While having endoscopy, Sung-geun's Father says something about serial murders in a twilight state.

After that, Seung Hoon suspects Sung Geun and his father. While investigating, Seung Hoon’s ex-wife suddenly disappears.
