How to make Gyeran Mari (Korean Rolled Omelet)
Korean Rolled Omelet is one of the most popular and loved for lunch box menu and snack. It is quite good for appetizer and light breakfast too.

Ingredients
3 eggs, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, seaweed
Direction
1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar and salt until blended well.
2. Put a little of oil into a pan (use only non-stick pan) and heat it enough
3. Add gently the egg mixture into the pan and Swirl it around.
4. Put seaweed onto egg mixture.
5. When its edge is slightly cooked, try to slowly roll it over
6. When it is rolled, put more egg mixture into the pan and do 3 to 5 again until you use all egg mixture.
7. When it is done cooking, put Gyeran Mari (Korean Rolled Omelet) on chopping board for 2~5min to let cool.
