Ingredients
Kimchi 300g, a half of onion, Fish cake (Eomuk) 100g, water 50ml, a teaspoon of sugar
Direction
1. Heat a pan for 1min after spreading oil.
2. Put Kimchi into the pan and fry them.
3. Add a teaspoon of sugar
4. When Kimchi seems to be cooked enough, put water 50ml and boil them until the water’s nearly gone.
5. Add chopped onion, sesame oil and Fish cake into the pan and fry all slightly.
