Today is "Ipdong' the beginning of winter according to the lunar calendar.

Kimchi
Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean food made of vegetables with a variety of seasonings. It is known as health food. 








Baek Kimchi
Baek Kimchi is made without the chili pepper powder. so, It has a mild and clean flavor. 





Pa Kimchi 

Pa Kimchi is also known as green onion kimchi. It's one of the hottest Kimchi, but Green onions with large white sections is appropriate in making different kinds of kimchi due to their high sweetness.




Kkakdugi
Kkakdugi's tastes, of course, similar to Kimchi but consists of radish cut into small cubes. 




Bossam
As you know, Bossam is a popular dish in Korea especially at the date of making Kimchi. Pork belly boiled in spices is prepared to enjoy with flash kimchi.
