Korean cabbage[Napa cabbage] split in half should be soaked in salt water. After about 10 hours, wash seasoned Korean cabbage[Napa cabbage] several times in the water and drain it well.
We do kimjang with our friends and family members because it takes a lot of work. After finishing kimjang, We share the kimchi with neighbors and relatives.
Mix shredded radish, ground ginger, garlic and red paper powder.
Season with salt, sugar and fish sauce in the mix.
Put the mix in each cabbage leaf.
Keep Kimchi in Korea style crock to preserve it long enough.
