Pat-bingsu (팥빙수 with variant spelling including bingsu and bingsoo) is a Korean shaved ice dessert with sweet toppings such as chopped fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup, and Azuki beans (red beans). The snack is highly popular in Korea.
